Starting small · Growing with participation

A Florida pilot with a shared professional purpose.

Our initial focus is Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties. Job referrals and career support begin with public resources and email inquiries. The program is assigned to NAHCE’s Professional Development & Workforce Committee, responsible for resource review, referral coordination, and recommendations for future growth.

Request career support

Tell us your county, the kind of role you are seeking, and whether you need résumé resources, interview preparation, or help understanding qualification pathways. The committee can review your request and identify relevant resources; appointments and individualized services depend on availability.

Career preparation and professional pathways

Begin with résumé and interview resources, then explore training, scholarships, credentials, and home-based business resources already available through the Alliance’s website.

Future development

Expand as participation grows

Potential next steps include reviewed local job listings, employer submissions, structured career workshops, mentoring, and apprenticeship connections. These services will be announced as staffing, partners, and operating procedures are confirmed.

Help shape the program

The Professional Development & Workforce Committee will use educator and employer feedback, referral inquiries, and voluntarily reported outcomes to guide expansion. Members and qualified volunteers can express interest in supporting this work.

Express Committee Interest

Public job resources are available without NAHCE membership. Employers make hiring decisions and verify qualifications. Referrals do not guarantee employment. NAHCE will request your permission before sharing your résumé or contact details with an employer. Email links open your email app; send your message to complete a request. Please do not email Social Security numbers, screening documents, or confidential child or family records.
