Legal & Responsible Use
Terms of Use
These terms explain how National Alliance website content, publications, downloads, and restricted resources may be used.

Ownership
Unless otherwise identified, original text, page design, compilations, graphics, publications, training resources, and other original materials presented by the National Alliance for Home-Based and Center-Based Educators are owned by or licensed to the Alliance and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, photographs, research, standards, links, music, fonts, and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Permitted use
You may view the public website, link to public pages, and download materials expressly offered for download for your own lawful, noncommercial educational or informational use. Required copyright, attribution, confidentiality, and source notices must remain intact. Fair use and other uses permitted by law are not restricted by these terms.
Permission required
Written permission is required before reproducing, adapting, translating, republishing, distributing, selling, licensing, uploading, broadcasting, using in training products, or creating derivative materials from protected Alliance content beyond what the law permits.
Restricted resources
Board, member, training, and password-protected resources are limited to authorized users. Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to share credentials, remove notices or watermarks, publish screenshots, distribute files, sell content, or place protected material in public or commercial systems.
Responsible technology use
Automated tools, scraping, bulk extraction, dataset creation, model training, or systematic copying of Alliance content is prohibited without prior written permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Security controls and access restrictions may not be bypassed.
Enforcement and updates
The Alliance may suspend access, remove content, request cessation of unauthorized use, preserve evidence, and pursue available remedies. These terms may be updated as services and materials change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
Effective date: September 10, 2026.
