How the Alliance handles information submitted through its website, membership application, member portal, directory, programs, and communications.
The Alliance may collect contact information, membership category, professional role, organization information, service area, application and payment status, training and event records, directory preferences, and documents voluntarily submitted for eligibility or credential review.
Information is used to review applications, administer membership, issue cards and receipts, maintain training and event records, communicate with members, manage approved directory listings, meet legal and funder duties, prevent misuse, and improve Alliance programs.
A member’s organization or website is displayed only after the member chooses public listing, membership is active, and required verification is complete. Private documents, payment details, application notes, children’s records, and screening information are not displayed.
The Alliance may share the minimum information necessary with authorized service providers, payment processors, professional reviewers, legal or accounting advisers, grant monitors, regulators, or law enforcement when permitted or required. Personal information is not sold.
Administrative and member records are separated by role-based access. Members may access their own portal records; authorized Alliance reviewers may access records required for assigned duties. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Records are retained according to operational, contractual, insurance, grant, tax, and legal requirements. Members may request correction of inaccurate information or withdrawal from the public directory by contacting the Alliance.
Do not submit children’s records, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, payment-card information, medical records, or background-screening results unless the Alliance provides a specifically authorized secure process. Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor rather than stored on the Alliance website.
