NAHCE can use a print-on-demand partner to produce and ship an item only after a customer orders it. The amount remaining after product, platform, payment-processing, shipping, tax, and refund costs will support the Alliance’s mission. Ordering will open after NAHCE approves the supplier, product proofs, prices, shipping, and return terms.

How the fundraiser will work
Order on demand. Fulfilled by the approved partner.
NAHCE will not list a live price or accept payment until the item, supplier proof, shipping, return terms, and tax treatment are confirmed. A print-on-demand partner can fulfill apparel and drinkware without the Alliance purchasing a large inventory in advance.
- NAHCE approves the official logo file, product, material, colors, print area, and sample proof.
- The customer places an order through the approved online checkout.
- The fulfillment partner produces and ships the item directly to the customer.
- NAHCE records the sale, expenses, refunds, and net fundraising proceeds.

Official marks only
The NAHCE name and logos may appear only on Alliance-approved products and supplier proofs. Product photos are design previews until the final vendor proof is approved.
Clear Autism Acceptance purpose
The Autism Acceptance & Awareness collection expresses NAHCE’s commitment to inclusion. It does not make a medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or fundraising-benefit claim unless the Alliance later publishes a specific written statement.
Transparent customer terms

For NAHCE’s mix of apparel, mugs, bottles, and gifts, print-on-demand can be a practical fundraising model. The board should approve the partner, retail pricing, expected amount raised per item, product-quality standards, customer-service process, and use of proceeds before launch. Merchandise purchases are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible unless NAHCE provides a separate written statement confirming otherwise.
