Conference & Events Coordinator

The Alliance may engage a paid coordinator by written contract to organize approved conferences, fundraising events, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, registration, volunteers, accessibility, safety planning, and post-event reporting.

  • The Board approves the event plan, budget, ticket prices, fundraising purpose, sponsorship levels, contracts, and spending limit.
  • The coordinator may not bind the Alliance, access bank accounts, change prices, promise unapproved sponsor benefits, or spend beyond written authority.
  • Payments, receipts, contracts, attendance, donations, sponsorships, expenses, incidents, and final results must be documented and reconciled.

Programs are in development. The Alliance does not provide diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, child placement, or case management services. Specialized services must be provided by appropriately qualified professionals.
